Are you a Web Editor with strong content writing skills and interested in cutting edge technologies like Analytics and Artificial Intelligence?
We are looking for a creative and passionate Web Editor to research, plan, develop and implement web content for one of our clients who is an media and B2B event leader in the Nordics, in the area of Data, Analytics and AI innovation. As a Web Editor, your main goal will be to manage the client media page and produce high-quality, objective and commercial web content that attracts an audience.
RESPONSIBILITY:
► Research and create quality, relevant and compelling content that will drive traffic to the digital platforms;
► Contribute/create for the following: blog posts, case studies, e-books, email newsletters, social media copy, video marketing, infographics and similar;
► Conduct online and face-to-face interviews with world leading data, analytics and AI experts;
► Ensure that content meets the company or client’s needs, and follows our in-house style guide;
► Proofread and edit spelling, grammar and syntax;
► Regularly check and track content for accuracy;
► Edit, proofread and suggest improvements to written content;
► Work in a multidisciplinary team of web designers, marketing executives and photographers;
► Adhere to SEO rules;
► Use Social Media for better presence;
► Comply with copyright and privacy regulations;
► Determine and track important KPIs;
► Track and analyse website’s traffic ;
► Produce and present reports;
► Keep abreast with new trends in web technology.
SKILLS:
► University degree in Journalism, English Language, Marketing, e-Business and/or equivalent;
► Previous working experience as a Web Editor, Journalist or Content Marketeer;
► Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills in English Language with;
► Basic knowledge of digital marketing, WordPress, platforms and tools (e.g. google analytics, google trends etc.);
► Good knowledge of best SEO practices and tools;
► Attention to detail;
► Creative thinker and problem solver;
► Team player;
► Good organizational and time-management skills;
► Great interpersonal and communication skills.
► Experience in developing and delivering innovative digital content and/or experience managing social media and online communities will be considered an asset.
