Technical Support

We have an open position as a Technical Support for one of our Swedish clients who is a leader in the sales and support of elevator components in northern Europe. 

If you have excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge in the area of mechanics then you are the right candidate for this job. 

 

Role

As a Tech support you will be responsible to support the customers, both internally and externally with technical expertise and advise which parts are suitable. You will work closely with the international sales team and support them when they get requests for lift components and spare parts they cannot handle. In addition, you will communicate with the suppliers to ensure they have the correct part, quality and price.

The Technical support officer provides timely customer feedback, support and communicate with the suppliers to ensure that they have the correct part, quality and price.

Qualifications

  • A degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, automation and system control or similar;
  • Fluency in English and being able to communicate freely with the client for their everyday business needs. German or any additional languages are a plus;
  • Being able to quickly learn the full range of products, therefore, to give efficient solutions to the potential problems that the customers will face;
  • Proficiency in working and knowledge of Office 365, and the ability to learn new software’s;
  • Detail-oriented, analytical thinker and proactive problem solver;
  • Ability to both works effectively in a team and independent;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
