Coordea, on behalf of one of our clients who is a leader in staffing and recruitment in the Nordics, is on the lookout for a creative, analytical, and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media efforts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind strategic ad campaigns, creating compelling content and optimizing performance across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver measurable results while enhancing brand visibility and increasing brand consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Reddit Ads and Snapchat Ads, with a focus on driving conversions and ROI;
- Analyse performance data to guide optimization strategies, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization;
- Lead the media buying strategy, allocate budgets effectively, and monitor performance across digital channels (paid search, social, display);
- Plan together with content marketers and designers to produce compelling ad creatives that convert (ad creative production will be done by the creative team, not you);
- Report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, different Dashboards and other analytics platforms – and based on your expertise you will create compelling reports, share insights and next steps from your campaigns and how to improve campaign performance in the future;
- Leverage additional paid ads platforms like Adform for programmatic ads (considered an advantage).
Skills
- Knowledge in Paid Ads and project management tools usage (e.g., Trello);
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, ideally experience from working with marketing or media agencies;
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ability to present and communicate insights clearly;
- Mentoring experience is a plus.
Education and experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads are a must);
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or other digital marketing platforms are considered a plus.
Bonus: Prior experience running paid advertising for a staffing or recruitment company is a strong plus and highly valued.
