Recruiter/ Headhunter

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter/Headhunter to join our team to define the requirements for vacant company positions and actively seek out qualified candidates through networking systems and social media marketing.

To ensure success in this role you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a natural talent for negotiating, and the ability to make quick decisions.



The responsibilities of a Recruiter/Headhunter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, and conducting interviews.


  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications;
  • Meeting with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions;
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc;
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions;
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions;
  • Researching updated sourcing techniques;
  • Searching resume databases and portfolio sites;
  • Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media;
  • Collaborate with marketing and graphic teams;
  • Attending job fairs to source new candidates and to network;
  • Contacting industry professionals to ask for referrals;
  • Maintaining candidate databases;
  • Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates;
  • Managing internship programs;
  • Analyse hiring needs and determine best recruiting methods;
  • Preparing and presenting time-to-hire reports for the hiring managers;
  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.



  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or attend an Academy;
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews;
  • Experience with recruitment processes and maintain databases;
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
