We are looking for an ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST for one of our Swedish clients who is offering complete kitchen solution for projects and individual customers and wants to expand their DOL department (Drawing, Order, Logistics).
The work position will take place in our Skopje office.
What you will do:
ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST plays a key role in the organization by assuring customer orders are processed from order entry to shipment efficiently and effectively.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Order kitchen furniture, appliances, worktops and such.
- Check kitchen solutions and their mount-ability/completeness when a kitchen is sold;
- Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues;
- Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues;
- Plan transports from Germany to Sweden, and deliveries to end customers;
- Process remedial orders;
- Draw kitchen projects in Compusoft’s design software Winner to assist the sales personnel.
What to bring:
You could have a degree in a technical faculty, economics or design, and still be able to apply if you meet the following expectations:
- Fluency in English and being able to communicate freely with the client for their everyday business needs.
- Being comfortable with computers and learning new software and have knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- To be able to read technical drawings is an advantage;
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker and proactive problem solver;
- Ability to both work effectively in a team and independent;
- Strong organizational skills.
