We now have an open work-position as Marketing assistant at our office in Tetovo. We are looking for a creative and ambitious individual eager to learn and further develop in the marketing field.
OPPORTUNITY:
► Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the marketing database;
► Research for leads and contribute in the creation of pre-sales strategies
► Develop marketing campaigns and strategies;
► Bring added value to writing, designing, and publishing ads;
► Contribute/create for the following: blog posts, email newsletters, social media copy, brochures, video marketing, infographics and similar;
► Maintain social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.);
► Aim to increase awareness and engagement across Social Media channels and create quality content;
► Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.);
► Update websites and working with WordPress.
The position requires the person to provide support for the company’s marketing and business development efforts. The selected candidate will work closely with our Graphic design team and Administrative staff and should have a strong drive to develop skills quickly, meet deadlines and provide a great support service for the business.
EXPERIENCE:
► High proficiency in written and spoken English;
► University degree in marketing/e-business or equivalent;
► Work experience in marketing and/or sales is preferred;
► Some experience with social media and email campaigns;
► Knowledge in Photoshop will be considered an asset;
► Ability to work well within a team environment;
► Works well in a group but can still work independently within established goals;
