Junior Recruiter

We now have an open work-position as Junior Recruiter at our office in Tetovo! We are looking for a person to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

OPPORTUNITY:
► Design and update job ads;
► Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms);
► Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates;
► Screen incoming resumes and application forms;
► Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person);
► Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
► Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers;
► Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

The position requires the person to provide support to the company’s growth and will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. The selected candidate will work closely with our Administrative staff and should have a strong drive to develop skills quickly, meet deadlines and provide a great support service for the business.

 

EXPERIENCE:
► Has a University degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications or relevant field;
► Work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role will be considered as an advantage;
► Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle;
► Knowledge of sourcing techniques;
► Solid verbal and written communication skills;
► Has attention to accuracy and detail;
► Posses good time management and organizational skills, as well as ability for multitasking;
► Is a team player who can also work independently within established deadlines;
► Self-motivated and committed to the work.
