We now have an open work position as IT Technician at our offices in Tetovo or Skopje who will provide first-level assistance in resolving desk issues and service requests. We want to fill the position with a person who:
► is in their final year of studies or has a university degree in Computer Science or related fields;
► is fluent in English;
► understands IT principles and has ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a varied audience;
► has demonstrated ability to troubleshoot: software, hardware, printers, and network issues;
► has working knowledge of: Microsoft Office suites, Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VoIP;
► has knowledge in Windows Server Architecture;
► has basic understanding of WordPress;
► has interest in the latest technology advancements in information systems, hardware and software;
► has excellent organizational & time-management skills;
► has ability to work well within a team environment;
► is ambitious, pro-active, determined, detail oriented and enthusiastic;
► is a good listener and has the ability to multi-task;
► is committed to his/her work;
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and internal systems. The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for assisting the company to comply with the technical side of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position will be providing IT-support. This includes:
► Install or assists personnel with the installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on company’s premises.
► Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
► Offer daily operations and system support to personnel
► Verify functionality of hardware and software components
► Configure, build, install, maintain and repair all PCs, researching and monitoring of the resolution of bug fixes/issues.
► Provide technical assistance in the establishment of data protection system compliant to GDPR
► Troubleshoot, resolve, integrate, test, and maintain operating systems environments and company network structure (UTM Device, Firewall, network equipment).
► Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone, skype, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from personnel experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other information system-related technologies.
► Support, troubleshoot on Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Office 365 Platform Management, email and Outlook Install.
► Managing One Drive and other cloud storage.

The job might require sporadic business trips to Sweden or other destinations in Europe.
