Business Development Representative

One of our Swedish clients is looking to further grow and develop the business in the UK, Ireland and Benelux. For his needs we are now looking for a Business Development Representative.

The job position requires a strong motivated individual that will be accountable in developing the company’s position in its industry. The candidate’s focus will be on the proactive growth of the business, generating new leads and selling them complex technical products.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who is highly proactive, self-organized and has interest and experience in technology.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities;
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships: cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the order process;
  • Maintaining sales records and reports as required by the company in a timely and regular fashion: using and updating the CRM; maintaining a data base;
  • Acting as Key Contact Person to the clients by helping them identify their needs and required solutions with honesty, integrity and professionalism and providing support at all times throughout their customer journey;
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans;
  • Achieving or exceeding assigned revenue objectives of the company.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong desire to grow, as an individual and within a company;
  • Motivated, self-starting, and organized;
  • Outgoing and talented communicator with all levels of personnel;
  • Committed to strong work ethics and constantly striving to excel;
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Experience in the technical industry is a plus.
