For the needs of one of our clients, we are now looking for a Junior Business Development Manager for our Tetovo or Skopje offices, who can assist the company with:

• Managing development of new business in one of the client’s product or market growth areas.
• Developing leads and work with sales to advance those leads to opportunities and business wins.
• Managing a prioritized pipeline of leads & opportunities, develop market plans and launch plans.
• Managing BD activities within a market / initiative area: Using an entrepreneurial mindset, support the CEO/CFO to manage and grow sales, to develop and help win new business by identifying opportunities, engaging customers and developing winning value propositions; take the lead on opportunities that do not have an Account Manager.
• Forecasting & planning: Support & align with sales on forecasting and annual planning activities, developing a BD sales plan.

The client is a young investment company working with establishing and developing new innovative business concepts in various industry verticals.

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics, or similar.

Experience:

• 2 years professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
• Prior experience helping advance customers’ business objectives beyond just selling them products or services
• Track-record of and ability to function in a team environment
• Good sales, presentation and communication skills
• Experience in working in remote teams is a plus

Diving Licence: B
