Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our Administration team. The role focuses on organizing and running the daily administrative tasks, such as handling employee documentation and assisting in day-to-day administrative operations that keep our office running smoothly.

 

NOTE: This role is based in our Tetovo office.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Organize and archive employee documentation and ensure timely communication and distribution;
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as handling emails, archiving files, and responding to requests from co-workers;
  • Assist with the office supplies inventory and maintaining common areas;
  • Assist the Administration team with their tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office;
  • Manage confidential information with care and professionalism;
  • Provide support to staff members and departments as needed;
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner;
  • Help in organizing company events as necessary;
  • Based in Tetovo, but with weekly presence in our Skopje office.

 

Team members will work closely with you, so it is essential to be able to work efficiently in a team while taking great responsibility for your part of the work.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or a related position;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams is a must;
  • Proficiency in the English language both written and spoken;
  • Capacity to work both effectively in a team and independently;
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with AI tools and cloud-based systems; 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
