On behalf of one of our Swedish clients – an event industry leader in the area of data, analytics, and AI in the Nordics and beyond – we are now looking for Junior Inside Sales Executives. We seek individuals who are interested in developing a career in inside sales and general sales, and who have the credibility, aspiration, and confidence to succeed in a demanding event-sales environment.

You will receive full training in all aspects of business-to-business sales, from researching relevant clients to presenting and confirming large value deals exclusively over the telephone at a director level.

 

Office location: Tetovo or Skopje.

 

The Role

  • As an Inside Sales Executive, you will work in the B2B (business-to-business) division and be responsible for researching, contacting, and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers from some of the biggest companies in the world to bring business to closure;
  • You will be working in a young, multicultural, positive, and motivating environment, with strong managers to support you, ensuring you have the best chance for rapid success.

 

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who

  • Have superb oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Are ambitious, goal, and target-oriented;
  • Have the drive to work beyond the traditional 9-5 in a challenging role;
  • Have a confident telephone manner and strong cold calling proficiency;
  • Have exceptional working drive and persistence to succeed;
  • Have the ability to work both independently and within a team.
