We are currently looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day social media management and running paid ads on social media channels. The selected person will be part of the marketing team for one of our clients.
You will be responsible for planning and publishing content on all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads and similar platform in order to grow an audience and build brand awareness.
Office location: Tetovo or Skopje
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms.
• Building different types of paid ad campaign from start to finish on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Google Ads;.
• Optimizing and reporting social media paid campaigns;
• Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
• Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team, design team, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
SKILLS
• Superb written and oral communication skills in English Language;
• Creative thinker able to propose disruptive ideas;
• Works well under pressure and is capable of managing a complex range of stakeholders and working as part of an integrated marketing team;
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, platforms and tools (e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram etc.).
EXPERIENCE
• University degree in English Language, Marketing, e-Business and/or equivalent;
• Experience managing social media channels and/or paid advertising will be considered an asset.
