We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll create engaging content for blogs, social media, and paid ads, while working with the team to optimize campaigns and enhance brand visibility. If you have a strong passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and eagerness for learning, we’d love to hear from you!
Office location: Tetovo or Skopje
Responsibilities
- Researching and creating quality, relevant and compelling content such as blog posts, paid ads and social media posts;
- Composing and sending marketing emails and newsletters to target audience;
- Creating social media reports and analyzing metrics for optimization purposes;
- Working individually and collaborating with team members to brainstorm and implementing new ideas for improving visibility and engagement;
- Collaborating closely with other relevant teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives;
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends.
Skills
- Superb written and oral communication skills in English language;
- Familiarity of digital marketing, platforms and tools (e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social media scheduler, Mailchimp or similar mass email sender, etc.)
- Creative thinker able to propose ideas for different campaigns following the branding guidelines;
- Keen eye to detail and strong analytical skills;
- Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Education
- University degree in English Language, Marketing, e-Business and/or equivalent;
- Certification in digital marketing can be an added advantage.
Would be considered a plus:
- Experience managing social media channels.
