For the needs of one of our esteemed Swedish clients, a leader in the event industry, specializing in Data, Analytics, and AI across the Nordics and beyond, we are now looking for a Junior Conference Producer!

In this exciting role, you’ll be an integral part of their well-established Nordic division.

Role Overview 

As a Junior Conference Producer, you will directly report to the Editorial Director. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in organizing corporate events, training sessions, workshops and exhibitions tailored for Data Management, Analytics and AI executives in the Nordic Region and beyond. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the overall annual event portfolio; 
  • Play a role in agenda development, including generating ideas and researching speaker availability; 
  • Assist with speaker recruitment by identifying and contacting potential speakers; 
  • Support the creation of marketing and promotional materials; 
  • Coordinate event logistics and maintain schedules; 
  • Manage registration and attendee interactions; 
  • Act as a liaison during on-site event days, performing public relations activities and ensuring event setup; 
  • Assist speakers with their preparation and provide support; 
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and analysis; 
  • Maintain an active presence on social media, building a community around the conferences; 
  • Build relationships with industry professionals, potential speakers, sponsors, and attendees. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred); 
  • Strong written and spoken English and Macedonian language skills; 
  • Excellent networking and communication abilities; 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team; 
  • Familiarity with phone and video interviewing techniques; 
  • Proficiency in social networking sites and internet use; 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines; 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Docs; 
  • Passion for the event industry and enthusiasm for event production. 

Preferred:  

  • At least 1 year of experience in the event industry or a related administrative media position. Candidates with no experience will be considered and provided with project management training.
