For the needs of one of our clients, we are now looking for HubSpot Marketing Specialist.
The Hubspot Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, driving and reporting on marketing campaigns within Hubspot CMS/Marketing Automation to meet and exceed annual KPs.
The ideal candidate should also be both proactive to get issues resolved and comfortable bringing creative ideas to the table. They should be an effective communicator that has a strong ability to present results to the team and communicate well cross departmentally as well.
Responsibilities
- Understand all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities;
- Act as the primary administrator of the HubSpot instance and contact database including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management;
- Develop content to attract, acquire and nurture qualified and targeted audience for the business;
- Manage lead generation, databases & email reporting;
- Managing email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting with Hubspot;
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
- Technical knowledge in marketing automation through Hubspot at least 1 year experience;
- Understanding of CRM platforms, especially Hubspot;
- Excellent analytical, organizational & troubleshooting skills;
- Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive communication skills;
- Experience with Sales Hub is nice to have;
- QlikView integration knowledge is a plus.
