For one of our Swedish customers we now have an open work-position as FRANCHISE RECRUITER with knowledge in German, at our Tetovo or Skopje office which we want to fill with a person who:
 
► Is fluent in both English and German
► Any other additional language skill is a plus
► Has an eye for detail
► Has excellent communication skills & telephone manner
► Experience in sales and customer acquisition.
► Experience in Business Development, and especially franchise, is a plus.
► Has excellent organisational & time-management skills
► Has ability to work well within a team environment
► Is ambitious, proactive, determined, enthusiastic
► Is social and outgoing
► Is committed to his/her work

The work-position will require:

► You work directly with our franchise team to drive recruitment and execute franchise agreements with new business partners, especially towards the German market. 
► Translating franchise material (text-files, posters, adds, emails etc) from English to German or vice versa
► E-mail communicating with both colleagues in Sweden as well as directly with their franchise network in Germany
► Travel to Germany, Sweden and other European destinations
