For the needs of one of our clients, we are now looking for an E-commerce Specialist to create and implement online sales strategies to increase digital sales.
The responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer acquisition, conversion, ease of use and customer loyalty program;
- Development and responsibility for forecasting, budget, follow-up and reporting of relevant KPIs;
- Coordinate, lead and make demands against external agencies and consultants;
- Responsible and manage functions that work with content, sales control and online merchandising;
- Develop campaigns to increase digital sales;
- Doing SEO and optimization of paid advertising campaigns using a variety of tools;
- Help manage online marketing presence, including on social media platforms;
- Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales;
- Assist with forming overall digital marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Experience using web analytics and optimization tools;
- Knowledge of various platforms (Vendre system, Specter CRM system) and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions;
- At least one year of experience with the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices;
- Experience in product management system (PIM);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
