On behalf of one of our Finnish clients, we are now looking for an Accounting Administrator.
The individual will be part of a fast-paced industry and will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a success-oriented environment.
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are crucial for the proper functioning of the company.
The role
The duties of the Accounting Administrator would be:
- Professional and timely manner of completing daily tasks;
- Entering and updating information’s for the clients and suppliers in the adequate database;
- Verifying, recording, and processing transactions;
- Maintaining files on account payable and updating records;
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations;
- Taking care of the company’s archive;
- Constant communication and maintaining good relations with the clients;
- Performing other duties as required;
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in English Language;
- Ambitious and goal oriented;
- Great time management skills;
- Availability for sporadic business travels to Finland;
- Ability to work both individually and within a team;
- Keen eye for details;
