Administrative Assistant

For one of our Swedish customers: we now have an open work-position as administrative assistant with knowledge in languages, at our Tetovo or Skopje offices which we want to fill with a person that:

– is fluent in both English + either French and/or Spanish
– any other extra language skill is a plus
– has an eye for detail
– has excellent communication skills & telephone manner
– has excellent organizational & time-management skills
– has ability to work well within a team environment
– is ambitious, proactive, determined, enthusiastic
– is social and outgoing
– is committed to his/her work

The work-position will require:
– administrating translation files (making sure all translations we get from our partners and translation companies, are handled correctly – keeping track on where the product is, from: text-files to finished printed products)
– translating text (text-files, posters, adds, emails etc) from English to either French and/or Spanish
– other administrative work
– e-mail communicating with both colleagues in Sweden as-well as directly with their end-clients
– travel

The work-position is full time, with fixed monthly salary.
