We are proud to announce that with 40 new hires in 2022, Coordea kickstarted 2023 with 100 employees! This milestone is an enormous achievement for us and represents a testimony to our hard work and dedication for more than a decade.
We have come a long way since our beginnings in 2009 and what started with two people in a small office in Stockholm, grew into an international company with 100+ prominent clients across the Nordics, a partnership with one of the most reputable Scandinavian companies, and more than 100 employees distributed in six growing departments (accounting, marketing, IT, graphic design, sales, and logistics) in 3 offices.
With our employees being our biggest asset, it’s truly an honor and achievement for us as a company to say that even 37% of them have been working in Coordea for at least 5 years and some of them even being part of our journey from day one! Moreover, being an equal-opportunity provider that knows the importance of cultural diversity and gender balance, our team counts people from different cultural backgrounds with 50%+ of them being women!
We are firm believers that everyone can grow and achieve their fullest potential when given the right opportunities. With integrity, commitment and unity deeply seeded in our core values, our company culture and work environment are vibrant and upbeat with low hierarchy and open communication where everyone’s ideas are considered and many of them implemented. In fact, we even have an internal newsletter where we keep all our employees updated with everything that has happened in the company during the month.
Besides ensuring training and mentorship specifically designed for each position, Coordea also provides the possibility for sporadic trips in different European countries, mainly Sweden. In fact, just in 2022 we organized around 15 business trips for a number of our employees!
