We now have THREE OPEN JUNIOR INSIDE-SALES positions for our office in Skopje for the needs of one of our Swedish clients. Introduction and training for the positions will be done on-site at our Skopje office.
The selected candidates will be a part of a new team selling B2B-event delegate tickets to senior Business Executives in the Nordics and reporting to a Team Lead and a Sales Manager in Skopje. We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals who have the credibility, aspiration, and confidence to succeed in a demanding event-sales environment.
We are looking for individuals who:
► Have full command of the English language, other European/Scandinavian languages are convenient;
► Have a university degree or equivalent;
► Have exceptional working drive and persistence to succeed;
► Have the ability to think quickly and cope with pressure;
► Face to Face or telephone sales experience is an advantage;
► Have excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills;
► Are team players;
► Are hard and dedicated workers;
► Are ambitious and goal & target oriented;
► You will be responsible for researching, contacting and negotiating with senior level decision makers from some of the biggest companies in the world and bringing closure to business.
► Successful Sales Team Members will get the opportunity to travel overseas to the clients’ Summits, move up quickly within the team, with opportunities for early promotion to management, attend global training and work for a global company.

The job will require sporadic business trips to Sweden or other destinations in Europe.
► The work position is full-time with fixed monthly net salary of 250 Euros + commission on sales;
