– Printer/peripheral remote setup, installation and troubleshooting;
– New PC staging and setup;
– Ticketing system – Help desk requests and resolutions;
– Train and guide staff for hardware and software usage;
– Web site maintenance (WordPress) (WordPress setup and editing; Theme, Plugin and Core Files; Installation/update and regular updates; Image optimisation; Research, developing and consulting; Fixing bugs).
– Web Security – (Security optimisation; Malware Removal; Regular Database Backups).
– Web Hosting – (Hosting and migration; SSL Certificate installation; Mail management).
Network & Server Support
– Assist with Firewall policy updates;
– Administration, operation, maintenance, installation network management, quality control, and system administration;
– VPN access for remote users;
– Network data analytics to determine network usage;
-Configuration of WAN, LAN and
Wi-Fi routers or related equipment.
– Produce user instructions, procedures, or manuals;
– Remote access policies management and updates;
– Security settings/access permissions for groups or individuals;
– Microsoft Active Directory design and manage domains, objects, and users within a network
